Support sourcing decisions, including whether services or capabilities should be delivered internally, centrally, locally, through shared services or through external vendors.
-
Develop project plans, operating model options, business cases, benefits measures, decision papers, implementation plans and post implementation reviews.
-
Coordinate Finance, IT, Operations, Compliance, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives improve business performance and day to day working practices.
-
Support the Finance department with maintenance, enhancement, reporting, user guidance and issue tracking for finance tools once implemented.

Ensure projects consider information security, access controls, audit trails, data protection, vendor risk, confidentiality, business continuity and operational resilience.
-
Prepare and update SOPs, operational guidelines, user guidance, reports, action trackers and decision records, and provide practical reporting and documentation support where required.
Requirements:-
