The opportunity:
The Level 2 Control Analyst contributes to the security and compliance of operations carried out by WTW CRB France.
Following a plan defined by the Internal Control and Operations Departments, this professional performs second-level controls across operational processes, including subscriptions, fleet management, premiums, commissions, claims and complaints.
The objective of the role is to verify the proper application of procedures, identify discrepancies and document results to ensure control of operational and regulatory risks.
Key responsibilities:
Perform level 2 controls defined in the CRB control plan, according to the frequency and methodology communicated;
Examine files, samples or data extracts to verify the compliance and accuracy of the processing carried out by operational teams;
Apply control checklists and analysis criteria in a consistent and documented manner;
Identify anomalies, discrepancies or non-conformities, classifying them according to their nature and severity;
Ensure full traceability of controls;
Populate monitoring and reporting tools, including dashboards, databases and control platforms;
Report major deviations requiring further analysis or corrective action;
Propose adjustments to control grids or operating procedures when inconsistencies or inaccuracies are identified;
Contribute to improving the reliability of control data, including accuracy, consistency and completeness.
Qualifications and profile:
Fluency in French, minimum level C1, with C2 preferred;
Basic understanding of internal control principles and control levels;
Ability to apply control checklists with rigour and consistency;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Power BI and monitoring tools;
Capability to identify, classify and document anomalies in a clear and structured manner;
Highly rigorous, methodical and detail-oriented approach to work;
Reliable and strictly compliant with established procedures.
