A leading international technology-driven project in the Automotive Tech sector is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Loyalty Expert to drive the design and evolution of innovative customer loyalty solutions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about customer engagement, Salesforce ecosystems, and scalable loyalty strategies that create real business impact.
You will work closely with business and technical teams to transform loyalty concepts and customer engagement goals into scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions. From strategic planning to technical design, you will play a key role in shaping future-ready customer experiences.
Loyalty Strategy & Solution Design

Collaborate with stakeholders to define loyalty program goals and customer engagement strategies;
- Design scalable Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions aligned with business objectives;
- Define loyalty structures including:
- tiers,
- rewards,
- points models,
- campaigns,
- promotions,
- customer journeys;
- Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions;
- Create solution roadmaps, process flows, and implementation recommendations;
- Advise teams on Salesforce best practices and implementation approaches.
Salesforce Platform Expertise

Design future-state Salesforce architecture and integration strategies;
- Configure loyalty workflows, automations, approval processes, and customer experiences;
- Ensure seamless integrations with:
- POS systems,
- eCommerce platforms,
- ERP solutions,
- payment gateways;
- Maintain high standards of data governance, security, and integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
- Work closely with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams;
- Deliver workshops, demos, and user training sessions;
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize loyalty program performance.
Support & Optimization

Support implementation planning and guide delivery teams;
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities;
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and loyalty management innovations.

5+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem;
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations or solution design;
- Strong ability to convert business requirements into customer loyalty solutions;
- Experience leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders;
- Background in industries such as:

- travel,
- hospitality,
- telecom,
- customer-centric sectors.
