At TeamViewer we’re on a mission to make it possible for each of our users to provide the best support to their customers via a remote device and be able to solve any problem in the most complex environments. As a Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer.
You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, design frameworks and have an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftmanship. You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric — it’s all about people.
These will be some of your key responsibilities:
Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.
A university, college degree or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or any other related subject.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans
