What You’ll Do

Design, develop and maintain full stack web applications;
Build and consume RESTful APIs across enterprise platforms;
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and production releases;
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents (P1/P2);
Ensure code quality, performance and security standards;
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams;
Frontend development using React;
Backend development with .NET Core / .NET Framework;
Database interaction with SQL Server;
Active participation in Agile delivery and DevOps processes;
Production debugging, monitoring and incident resolution;
Continuous improvement of code quality and documentation.

What You'll Need

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical field;
5-8 years of relevant work experience as a Full Stack Developer;
Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) languages and frameworks;
Frontend development experience with React;
Strong knowledge of SQL and ORM tools (Entity Framework);
Proven background in production environments;
Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps and Git;
Understanding of authentication and basic security flows;
Professional English (C1 level required, spoken and written);
French or Dutch is a plus;
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Strong collaboration skills within distributed and cross-functional teams;
Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability;
Structured approach to incident and problem management;
Ability to prioritize workload efficiently in a dynamic environment.
