BI & DevOps Specialist
OM Digital Solutions is looking for a hands-on and curious BI & DevOps Specialist to contribute to the continuous improvement of the technologies supporting our business by combining web development, cloud technologies, automation, and DevOps practices.
In this role, you will support day-to-day IT and business operations while helping design, build, monitor, and automate modern applications, dashboards, infrastructure, and service processes.

What you’ll do:

Support web application development (frontend and backend).

Develop and maintain scripts, automation workflows, and integrations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)

Assist with containerization using Docker and orchestration concepts using Kubernetes.

Support cloud operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud (deployment, configuration, and operations).

Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure service health and security.

Support Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar).

Participate in incident management, including coordination, monitoring, escalation, and resolution of technical issues.

Collaborate with internal teams, service desk, infrastructure, application support, and external partners to identify improvements
What you’ll need:

Experience or strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud architecture, deployment, and operations

Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability tools

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar)

Programming experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and YAML
-
Experience with web development (frontend and backend) is a strong advantage

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences

ITIL knowledge is a plus
-
Experience with integration and automation tools is a plus
