Responsibilities
Native Mobile Development - Develop and maintain native applications for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
App Store Distribution - Manage the full release cycle to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including signing, versioning, and compliance Enterprise Deployment (MDM)
Configure and manage app distribution via AirWatch/Workspace ONE, including profiles, policies, and silent installs Build & Release Pipelines
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds, automated testing, and deployment Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve distribution failures, device compatibility issues, and MDM enrollment problems Security & Compliance
Ensure mobile apps meet enterprise security standards, certificate management, and code signing best practices
Requirements
Mobile Development Experience
5+ years of hands-on native mobile development for both Android and iOS platforms Native Frameworks
Strong proficiency in native development (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) App Store Publishing
Proven experience managing app releases to Google Play and Apple App Store, including certificates, provisioning profiles, and review processes AirWatch / Workspace ONE
Hands-on experience with VMware AirWatch MDM for enterprise app distribution, device management, and policy configuration CI/CD for Mobile
Experience with mobile build automation tools (Fastlane, Bitrise, Jenkins, or similar) Independent Delivery
Ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of the mobile stack, and drive decisions independently Problem Solving - Strong debugging skills for platform-specific issues, distribution failures, and device fragmentation challenges
