WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer for a long‑term project in the financial sector.
Working model: Hybrid (Lisbon)
Languages: English B2+ (mandatory)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End‑to‑end responsibility for design, implementation and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain.
- Writing documentation, including functional and technical specifications.
- Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
- Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
- Executing unit tests, analyzing defects and implementing fixes.
- Defining and reviewing test cases.
MUST‑HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in:
- Data Modeling: Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, Unified Individual, Identity Resolution frameworks.
- Ingestion: Batch ingestion, Streaming ingestion, API‑based ingestion, external connectors (S3, Google BigQuery), token management and authentication flows.
- Transformation: Data Mapping, Calculated Insights, Transformation Rules, Query Editor (SQL), schema alignment, standardization and enrichment logic.
- Identity Resolution: Match rules configuration, reconciliation rules, identity stitching strategies, cross‑source identity linking, deterministic and probabilistic approaches.
- Strong GDPR/CCPA compliance knowledge and consent management.
- Secure data access, PII protection, and integration architecture involving real‑time triggers/event patterns.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, dynamic emails, landing pages, SOAP handling, and advanced SQL.
- Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email optimization (responsive/dark mode compatibility).
- Practical expertise in Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio.
- Experience with advanced automation orchestration, error handling, and performance optimization.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- Availability for hybrid work (2 days/week in Lisbon office).
