An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SAP IAM Security Specialist to join a global project within the Automotive Tech sector. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Identity & Access Management (IAM), SAP Security, and governance-driven environments focused on compliance, risk mitigation, and scalable authorization models.
You will play a key role in shaping and improving security architectures, authorization concepts, and governance processes across complex on-premise and cloud landscapes.

Advise business stakeholders on authorization concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles;
- Translate business access requirements into scalable technical authorization models;
- Lead and contribute to IAM and security projects, including implementations, rollouts, and continuous improvements;
- Monitor compliance, critical access, and support periodic access reviews and recertifications;
- Define and improve security-related policies, governance models, and documentation;
- Analyze audit findings and security risks, implementing remediation strategies to reduce exposure;
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure secure and compliant access management processes.

5+ years of experience in SAP IAM Security or similar roles;
- Strong expertise in authorization design, SoD governance, and access lifecycle management;
- Experience working in enterprise-scale SAP environments and security governance initiatives.

Deep understanding of:
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance;
- Role and authorization design principles;
- End-to-end access lifecycle processes;
- Access review and recertification practices;
- Audit, risk, and compliance management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure and scalable IAM solutions;
- Strong documentation and governance modeling capabilities.

SAP Authorizations and PFCG role management;
- IAM and authorization concepts (RBAC / ABAC);
- Knowledge of SAP GRC / Access Control (plus);
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts;
- ITIL / IT Service Management processes;
- Security rollout and project delivery methodologies (Waterfall & Hybrid models);
- Risk & control frameworks, audit evidence handling, and remediation tracking.
