We are looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our growing Transversal Squad and play a key role in the design, development, and rollout of a strategic Data Factory Program.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of a centralized enterprise data platform that will transform how business and operational data is collected, harmonized, governed, and consumed across the organization.
Working closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that data solutions deliver measurable business value.
The Data Factory Program is a strategic initiative designed to build a centralized Data Aggregation & Curation Platform powered by modern ETL processes and relational database technologies.
The platform will:

As a Senior Business Data Analyst, you will:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data model documentation.

Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
Data Analysis & Data Governance

Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation activities.

Define and maintain data quality rules, controls, and validation frameworks.

Identify data inconsistencies and propose remediation strategies.

Support the implementation of data governance best practices.
Documentation & Communication
