We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join a strategic international project, taking ownership of a complex Salesforce ecosystem and acting as the main technical and operational reference for the platform.

RUN Phase – Operational Excellence

Ensure high-quality management of incidents and service requests.

Monitor platform stability, performance, user adoption, and data quality.
