5–6 years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience developing backend systems using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

Proven experience working with Microservices Architecture.

Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

Experience using GitFlow or other code branching and version control strategies.

Strong understanding and application of Clean Code principles.

Experience producing and maintaining technical solution documentation.

Comfortable working with technical documentation in English.

Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

Portuguese language proficiency at B2 level or above.
