We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving a business-critical Salesforce environment within a global Automotive Technology organization.
This position combines Salesforce administration, CRM operations, data governance, user enablement, and process optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure Salesforce remains a trusted, efficient, and scalable platform that drives business success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and CRM operational requests.

Process Compliance & Governance

Monitor CRM process adherence and identify non-compliant activities.

Coordinate resolution of data inconsistencies and compliance issues.

Prepare structured follow-up reports and operational action plans.
User Training & Adoption

Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation.

Deliver end-user training sessions and ongoing support.

Release Management & Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and platform innovations.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Proven experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
