Job Description
Inetum is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join an international AI product team, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge Multi-cloud GenAI platform (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). You will play a key role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while continuously improving platform capabilities and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance features within an AI-powered platform (Secure GPT-type services, document processing, automation, APIs, etc.)

Contribute to the full development lifecycle: analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring

Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services

Define and track KPIs to measure platform performance and usage

Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and international teams
-
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and engineering standards

Identify and implement improvements in processes, automation, and platform efficiency
What You’ll Deliver

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in web application development

Strong expertise in:

Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript

API design and development

Front-end knowledge:

React / Next.js (basic to intermediate level)

Solid experience with testing:

Unit testing and End-to-End (E2E)

Hands-on experience with Azure:

App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, monitoring

Experience with:

CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)

DevOps practices and automation
-
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) fundamentals

Experience working with AI APIs / platforms:

OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar

Familiarity with:

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Agent-based / autonomous AI systems

Strong experience in prompt engineering

Autonomous and proactive mindset – able to own topics end-to-end

Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication skills in English (B1+ minimum)

Team player, comfortable in international environments

Adaptable to evolving priorities and fast-paced contexts
