Technical Leader (Java & Solution Architecture)
This is your mission
Are you passionate about designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading technical teams? Then this position is for you.
As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision, ensuring architectural consistency, and driving the continuous evolution of enterprise applications while supporting and mentoring development teams.
Build side:
Design and maintain the solution architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts, and project teams to define technical solutions and estimate implementation efforts.
Guide the design and implementation of Java-based applications following industry best practices and architectural standards.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical approaches and innovative solutions.
Produce and maintain high-quality architecture documentation, technical specifications, and development guidelines.
Promote clean code principles, code quality, and continuous improvement across development teams.
Run side:
Ensure service continuity and support the continuous evolution of existing applications.
Lead technical decision-making and act as the main technical reference for the development team.
Review code to ensure quality, scalability, performance, and security standards are respected.
Coach, mentor, and upskill developers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities to optimize applications, architecture, and development processes.

You have at least 7 years of experience in demanding software engineering or application architecture environments. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, mentoring teams, and driving technical excellence. Java 11/17/21 and J2EE technologies
Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Cloud Vault)
REST APIs (APIGEE knowledge is a plus)
Web application architecture and enterprise application design
Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Octane, Confluence)
DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory)
Testing frameworks (JUnit)
Code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Fortify, Nexus)
Oracle and MongoDB databases
Architecture patterns and enterprise application design
BDD methodology
Cloud application development
Messaging technologies (MQ, CFT)
Enterprise Architecture knowledge (TOGAF is a plus)
Experience using AI-assisted development tools
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
