You will become a part of Trinetix Presale Team, working together with Sales and Delivery to design compelling and technically credible solutions for our potential clients.
As a Presale Architect / Technology Consultant you will engage with potential clients from the earliest stages to shape solution architecture, validate feasibility, and translate business challenges into robust, scalable technical proposals.
You will take part in building AI-augmented Presale Function together with Trinetix presale and technology experts.
Your key responsibility will be owning the technical vision of the proposed solution and ensuring it is architecturally sound, commercially competitive, and clearly communicated to both technical and business audiences.
Requirements:
-
8+ years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 3 years in a Software Architect or Technical Lead role
-
Strong background as a software architect or senior technical consultant with proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise-grade solutions
-
Proven consulting experience in client-facing roles; skilled at facilitating technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution design reviews with both business and engineering stakeholders
-
Deep expertise in solution architecture, system design, and architectural patterns (SOA, Microservices, event-driven, cloud-native); solid understanding of UX/UI, data, and integration concerns at an architectural level
-
Strong experience leading architecture-level conversations with engineering teams; ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into well-structured technical proposals, reference architectures, and PoC plans
-
Solid understanding of presales dynamics: ability to produce high-quality architectural output under time pressure and ambiguity, making pragmatic trade-off decisions without sacrificing credibility
-
Experience contributing to both informal discovery-driven engagements and formal RFP/RFI responses, including authoring technical sections of proposals
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and to craft compelling architecture narratives
-
Experience engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe; comfortable presenting to architects, CTOs, and VP-level executives
-
Proven experience presenting architectural proposals and facilitating technical deep-dives with VP- and CxO-level client stakeholders, including handling tough architecture-related questions on the spot
-
Ability to independently produce well-structured, visually clear architecture documents, diagrams (e.g. C4, UML), and presentation decks — including when design support is not available
-
Advanced level of English or higher
Nice-to-haves:
-
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP as a plus) and cloud-native architecture patterns
-
Experience or strong interest in AI/ML solution architecture and its practical implications for enterprise systems
-
Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate solution design, documentation, and presales deliverables
-
Practical knowledge of DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD concepts at the architecture level
-
Domain expertise in Healthcare, Fintech, Logistics, or Telecom would be a strong plus
Responsibilities:
-
Serve as the technical lead within the presale process, owning the architecture vision and acting as the primary technical point of contact for potential clients
-
Engage with potential clients early in the presale cycle to conduct technical discovery, clarify architectural requirements, evaluate constraints, and validate solution feasibility
-
Design and present high-level solution architectures, technology stack recommendations, integration approaches, and non-functional considerations (scalability, security, reliability) for proposed solutions
-
Collaborate with UX experts and delivery teams to produce architecture vision documents, reference diagrams, prototypes, and POC plans that substantiate the proposed solution
- Lead technical estimation sessions: decompose the proposed solution into workstreams, define architectural assumptions, and ensure engineering estimates are grounded in realistic scope and risk assessment
-
Author the technical sections of presale documents (proposals, architecture decks, RFP/RFI responses, financial models) balancing depth of detail with clarity and persuasiveness
-
Participate in proposal presentation meetings as the primary technical presenter; lead architecture deep-dives and confidently handle technical questions from client engineering and leadership teams
-
Balance the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Practice Leads) to ensure technically sound, commercially competitive proposals free of risky over-commitments
-
Contribute to Presale Function development: build and maintain reusable architecture assets, solution templates, technology playbooks, and estimation frameworks
-
Take ownership of key technical decisions during the presale phase and communicate associated risks and trade-offs clearly to both internal teams and clients
-
Continuously collaborate with Trinetix Solution Architecture Practice and Technology Functions contributing into the companies expertise and capabilities
