As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for driving the team’s focus on delivering well-architected, high-quality products. You’ll be responsible for supporting and empowering your team to ship code that is stable, scalable, and secure, with a strong emphasis on accountability and clarity around deliverables.
In this role, you will ensure nothing falls through the cracks, holding the team accountable for delivering high-quality work on time. You will manage a refinement-heavy board, keeping tasks well-prioritized, neatly organized, and aligned with project goals. Your structured approach to the codebase will provide the team with a clear, organized vision of development priorities.
Proactive communication and structured organization and planning are key to this role. As the team’s primary representative in stakeholder meetings, you’ll communicate challenges, progress, and needs, advocating for the team and aligning goals with cross-functional partners. You’ll participate in architectural decisions, coordinate with principal engineers, and drive cross-team alignment on shared priorities.
In your day-to-day you are expected to promote a knowledge sharing and regular feedback culture, that cultivates ownership in engineers of any role and seniority within the team. You should also have a challenger mindset, bringing an engineering perspective to product discovery and proactively identifying edge cases. You’ll stay mindful of the product’s architecture and technologies, with a strong focus on quality and user outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

A proven track record of success as an Engineering Lead or in a technical leadership role with direct management responsibilities;

Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate engineers;

Experience workingwith software operationstosupportaproduct;

Experience withthistech stack: Angular, C#, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines (Azure);
-
The capacity toclearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fosteringopen, transparent communication across teams;

Experienceworkingwith Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and a strong grasp of project planning, prioritization, and delivery;

Demonstrated ability to make balanced technical decisions, manage trade-offs, and tackle complex engineering challenges;

A passion formentoring engineers, fostering a collaborative culture, and enabling the team to reach its full potential;

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
