(Senior) Consultant Share Plan Governance Location: Department: SE HR GEM C&B GC Job Grade: Germany - Non Senior Management ÜT-Kreis Mode of Employment: Full-time / Permanent A Snapshot of Your Day In your new role you will report to the Head of Global Share Programs. You will work with various business and HR stakeholders on regional and global level to design and implement state-of-the-art Compensation policies and practices. In this multifaceted role, you will not only take over the responsibility for equity-based long-term incentive schemes and employee share purchase plans but will also lead global compensation projects, e.g. offering special share programs, improving our global benchmarking approach, defining new functionalities in our custom HR IT solution “Compensation Insights (COIN)”, and driving other global compensation processes. How You’ll Make an Impact Responsible for our equity-based long-term incentive and employee share purchase programs: drive the evolution of the equity landscape at Siemens Energy, including design, rollout and administration Initiate and deliver compensation-related projects on global level to improve the C&B portfolio, meet legislative changes, support mergers, acquisitions or integrations, and to implement technological advancements Monitor market trends and provide benchmarks to ensure competitiveness across the compensation portfolio. Provide expert advice and guidance to HR/the business on compensation-related matters you are responsible for Prepare decision documents for your stakeholders while coordinating relevant departments (e.g. legal, tax, accounting etc.), and working closely together with our Employment Conditions specialists to ensure employee-co-determination rights are addressed and adhered to, if applicable Lead and optimize global compensation processes (e.g. annual merit process, equity allocations, or the annual incentive) and support colleagues across a multinational team who ensure their implementation. Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standard of services e.g. equity administration providers Effective collaboration across businesses and regions and with the global C&B team What You Bring Degree in Business Administration or a related subject, preferably with focus on human resources, finance or comparable Long-term relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits or related areas such as Finance and Controlling within a large multinational company, management consultancy or start-up Ability to rethink C&B policies and practices in a multinational corporation and experience in equity design and/or administration as well as in leading multinational projects Good judgement and determination ability to challenge the status quo, the flexibility to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment Synthesize different data sources into clear recommendations and present them to various stakeholders at senior management level Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as BI tools such as Tableau, optional SAP experience Fluent in English and German About the Team "Let’s make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
