We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Tech Lead to join an international engineering team delivering modern cloud-based solutions for a large-scale digital transformation program within the Automotive Technology industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys designing scalable architectures, mentoring development teams, and building high-performance enterprise applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
You will play a key role in technical decision-making, solution design, cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and collaboration with global teams, helping drive innovation while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native enterprise applications using .NET and Angular.
- Lead the technical implementation of scalable and secure software solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Develop and optimize cloud-native applications running on Microsoft Azure.
- Design APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and operational reliability.
- Provide L3 production support for business-critical applications.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions alongside software architects.
- Refine user stories and support Product Owners during requirements definition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams.
- Promote software engineering best practices, code quality, refactoring, and continuous improvement.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor development team members.
- Support strategic technical decisions through architecture recommendations and risk assessments.
Professional Experience

8+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience developing applications with .NET and Angular.
- Proven experience acting as a Technical Lead or Senior Fullstack Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Experience working within Agile software development teams.
