About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to launching and navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We're looking for a Company Secretary to be involved in decision-making on high-priority issues, providing expert corporate governance advice to support our growth across Europe.
You'll act as the operational engine of our governance framework while supporting legal drafting and statutory filings.

What you'll be doing-
Providing autonomous, expert governance support to supervisory and management bodies and their committees, including the Supervisory Council, Management Board, and its committees

Preparing agendas, participating in meetings, drafting minutes, and capturing/tracking action items via modern board management portals and systems

Influencing and communicating with executives to ensure good local governance, ensuring alignment and localisation of processes across the group

Arranging execution of corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions, KYC-related documents, extracts, power of attorneys, and applications, and performing quality checks

Assisting the Legal team in ensuring that local management, supervisory bodies, and their committees comply with relevant local legislation and regulations

Overseeing that statutory registers and files are up to date and fillings are made with relevant company registers, including handling ad hoc submissions and notifications

Delivering high-impact initiatives and roadmaps aimed at improving governance and cross-functional initiatives, such as conducting board effectiveness reviews and skills assessments

Representing Revolut globally, vis-a-vis third parties, mainly legal registers, notaries, and other public institutions

Communicating with shareholders, making sure shares are paid, and maintaining company records, such as lists of directors and shareholders, and annual accounts

Providing critical governance scoping and sign-offs for new products (NIAP)
What you'll need-
A bachelor’s degree in law and/or a recognised company secretarial qualification (e.g., ICSA/CGI)

3+ years of similar working experience, preferably with recent experience in financial services, tech, or banking

A solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and conflict of interest management within an EU-regulated matrix environment

Impeccable attention to detail

The ability to lead board and committee arrangements effectively and draft minutes

Experience overseeing legal entity compliance activities with minimal support

Great team skills and the ability to build excellent relationships at the senior level, including assisting with onboarding and induction plans of new council and board members

A focus on client delivery and resilience, and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech environment

Excellent communication skills to proactively engage with stakeholders and provide clear, succinct governance advice

Proficiency in modern technical tooling (such as Confluence, Jira, and digital board portals) to maintain system data integrity

Fluency in English
Compensation range-
Poland: PLN15,000 - PLN17,600 gross monthly*

Lithuania: €3,400 - €3,600 gross monthly*

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
- Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
