In this role, you will be working on a world-leading, hyper-growth short-form video and entertainment platform. While you keep the digital community safe, you will be immersed in a multicultural environment, enjoying the historic charm, beautiful beaches, and sunny weather of Portugal.
As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that the platform remains a safe, fun, and positive space for millions of users by reviewing and analyzing user-generated content against community guidelines.

-
Policy Enforcement: Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform policies (e.g., hate speech, misinformation, copyright infringement, or inappropriate behavior).
-
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with Italian cultural nuances, slang, and internet trends to accurately assess the context of flagged content.
-
Quality & Consistency: Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality according to the project's established KPIs.
-
Escalation: Escalate complex or sensitive cases to higher-level teams or policy specialists when necessary.
-
Feedback Loop: Participate in continuous training sessions to stay aligned with evolving policy updates and platform features.
-
Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) and a strong command of English (B2 level minimum) for training, system navigation, and internal communication.
-
Location: Willingness to work on-site at our modern office hub in Lisbon, Portugal.
-
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media applications, short-form video platforms, and basic internet tools.
-
Resilience: Ability to view and analyze sensitive online content with a professional, objective mindset.
-
Work Authorization: Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
-
Prior experience in Content Moderation, Customer Support, Translation, or Call Centers is a plus, but not a must. We provide full, comprehensive training!
We want to make your transition to Portugal as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you are relocating from outside the Lisbon area, you will receive:
-
Flight Ticket Reimbursement: Your flight to Lisbon will be fully covered.
