We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader / DevOps Engineer to join a high-impact international team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior technology professional who is passionate about software architecture, technical leadership, cloud-native solutions, DevOps practices, and mentoring development teams.
As a Technical Leader, you will play a strategic role in defining the technical vision, ensuring architectural consistency, driving innovation, and guaranteeing the long-term sustainability of enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Solution Experts, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Technical Leadership & Architecture

Define and drive the technical vision and architecture strategy of enterprise applications.

Ensure consistency, scalability, security, and sustainability of IT solutions.

Create, maintain, and evolve architecture documentation, technical guidelines, and specifications.

Evaluate and recommend architectural improvements and optimization opportunities.

Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to development teams.
Solution Design & Development

Contribute to the design, modeling, and implementation of complex application solutions.

Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and innovation initiatives.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Review technical implementations focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to estimate and define technical solutions.
Team Enablement & Mentorship

Act as the technical reference for the team.
