Main Responsibilities Coordination and Development:
- Coordinate mechanical projects for semi-automatic devices or automatic machines;
- Develop improvements for existing equipment;
- Integrate multidisciplinary teams (process engineers, electrical design engineers, assembly technicians);
- Participate technically from project kick-off through implementation.
Technical Execution:
- Efficiently use ME Standard Work Instructions (SWI);
- Execute mechanical drawings with an error rate below 30%;
- Perform 3D modelling in Creo and/or Inventor;
- Produce detailed 2D drawings;
- Use standardized components and macros to accelerate project execution.
Project Management:
- Demonstrate focus on COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), timing, and budget;
- Effectively track materials and deadlines;
- Provide timelines for project reviews;
- Act as a member of the ME Core Team in small projects.
Development and Innovation:
- Investigate product and process feasibility;
- Develop concepts based on technical specifications;
- Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing technologies (materials, treatments, machining);
- Stay updated with market solutions and innovations;
- Work with external suppliers on component integration.
