We are looking for a Human Capital Project Specialist to join our Talent & Culture team.
This role will be primarily responsible for coordinating the organization's annual performance management cycle, ensuring efficient, consistent execution aligned with established governance standards.
In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to other strategic People & Culture initiatives and projects, particularly in areas related to talent, organizational development, employee experience, and HR process transformation.
We are seeking a highly organized professional with strong project management capabilities and stakeholder coordination skills, able to manage complex initiatives within a corporate and matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management Cycle
Coordinate the annual performance management cycle end-to-end
Ensure adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate collaboration between local and global teams
Prepare and support calibration and governance processes
Monitor key metrics and support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process simplification
Human Capital Projects
Participate in cross-functional Talent & Culture projects
Support Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Development initiatives
Contribute to employee experience enhancement and transformation programs
Assist in the implementation of new HR tools, processes, and methodologies
Support reporting, governance, and people analytics activities
3 to 6 years of experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Consulting, or related fields
Experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Strong planning, organizational, and project tracking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Excellent communication and influencing skills
High level of accountability and attention to detail
Fluent in English
Experience in Human Capital or Human Resources projects
Knowledge of Performance Management and/or Talent Management processes
Experience with Workday or other HR platforms
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools
Experience working in international and matrix organizations
