Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Software Developer to join our Backend Engineering team and become a key contributor to the development and continuous improvement of our backend platform. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in building scalable, reliable, and innovative backend services.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications platform.
Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches.
Work together with other department developers regarding integration and shared development.
Integrating with 3rd party applications and products
As a team member, you will be responsible on all aspects of handling the platform's backend.
Maintaining the servers, deployment processes and debugging live in production when required.
What we are looking for:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding and practical application of software design patterns and object-oriented design principles.
Experience developing and maintaining applications in multithreaded and concurrent environments.
Strong SQL skills, including database design, optimization, and writing complex queries against relational databases.
Proven experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
