In this role, you will support the HR AI team in ensuring that AI-enabled solutions align with regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act, internal policies, and responsible AI principles. You will assist with AI governance activities, including the assessment and documentation of AI-related risks and mitigation measures, and contribute to other related compliance activities as required (e.g., data privacy or IT compliance).

Support AI Governance activities, including AI risk and impact assessments

Develop and maintain clear and precise documentation related to AI Governance activities

Enable AI delivery: partner with project teams to translate regulatory and policy requirements into pragmatic guidance, so that AI initiatives can move forward responsibly and without unnecessary friction

Collaborate with teams within HR as well as with cross-functional stakeholders such as IT, AI Governance, Legal & Compliance (including Data Privacy), to ensure consistent implementation of AI Governance requirements

Contribute to awareness-raising and guidance materials to support the responsible and compliant use of AI within HR

Contribute to other related compliance activities as required (e.g. data privacy, cybersecurity or IT compliance)
What you bring
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, business, information technology, or a related discipline

Around 2-4 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, risk management, data privacy, or technology-related roles. Familiarity with HR systems and processes as well as with AI governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity principles will be considered an advantage

Experience in drafting documents, especially policies, compliance documentation and governance materials, as well as in supporting risk or impact assessment activities or audits

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail

Pragmatic and proactive approach as well as willingness to learn in a fast-evolving technology and regulatory landscape

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments

Fluency in English, which is required due to collaboration within international teams
About the Team
Our People System & Services function is on a journey to make HR truly AI-ready and to reimagine how core HR processes and services work for our colleagues around the world. You will join a newly forming international HR AI team, with a clear mandate from our HR leadership and full line of sight to the processes and services where AI can genuinely change the employee experience.
Within this team, you will make sure that everything we build is responsible, compliant, and trustworthy. You will work closely with HR functional leaders, IT, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and Legal & Compliance to embed governance into how we design and deploy AI, and to make sure governance becomes an enabler of our AI journey, not a bottleneck.
