Role Mission
As a Technical Application Specialist within the Diagnostics division, you will support laboratories across Southern Poland (Lower Silesian, Opole, Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships). Your mission is to help clinical laboratories implement, optimize and use Grifols diagnostic solutions, acting as a trusted scientific partner for laboratory professionals.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in medical or diagnostic laboratories who want to combine their scientific expertise with customer‑facing responsibilities.
What your responsibilities will be
Scientific & application support — You will provide expert guidance on Grifols diagnostic instruments, assays and workflows.
Customer training — You will deliver training during instrument implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle.
Workflow optimization — You will support laboratories in improving testing processes and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting — You will resolve application‑related issues both remotely and on‑site.
Relationship building — You will develop strong partnerships with laboratory managers, medical laboratory scientists and healthcare professionals.
Cross‑functional collaboration — You will work closely with Sales, Service, Technical Support and Quality teams.
Product launches & method implementation — You will participate in new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Regular travel — You will visit customer sites across Southern Poland.

Skills
Laboratory workflow understanding and diagnostic testing processes.
Communication & presentation skills with confidence in front of laboratory professionals.
Ability to build strong professional relationships and provide scientific guidance.
Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑oriented approach.
Fluent Polish and good English communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Practical experience in a clinical, hospital, blood bank, reference or diagnostic laboratory.
Experience with diagnostic systems, laboratory automation or application support is highly valued.
Valid driving licence and residence in Poland, preferably within or near the supported region.
Education
University degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Analytics, Laboratory Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or another relevant Life Science discipline.

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be particularly welcome:
Immunohematology
Blood Banking
Transfusion Medicine
Serology and blood group testing
Blood Transfusion Centres
Clinical laboratory automation
Application support for diagnostic systems
Customer training and laboratory staff education
We also welcome candidates from other diagnostic specialties such as Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Molecular Diagnostics, Immunology and Clinical Pathology.
