As an Automation Tester - Cypress at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests using Cypress.
- Define and implement functional, regression, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Validate integrations and APIs to ensure application stability.
- Identify, document, and track defects until resolved.
- Integrate and optimize test execution in CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to promote quality best practices.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have 3 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- You possess strong experience with Cypress in web projects.
- You are well-versed in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- You have experience testing APIs (REST).
- You are familiar with CI/CD tools and processes.
- You demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, and a quality-oriented approach.
- You have excellent communication skills in English & Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- You have experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- You are open to a hybrid work model 3x per week in the office.
