You will design and operate the systems that employees rely on every day, while eliminating unnecessary friction, manual work, and legacy IT patterns.
This is not a support-only role. You treat internal technology as a product, with clear standards, automation, and user experience at the centre. Your goal is to give teams fast, secure access to what they need, without slowing them down.
