Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements for BI projects, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications;
- Design and develop BI dimensional data models to support business intelligence solutions;
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and perform data validation to ensure high data quality;
- Provide training, documentation, and operational support to BI tool end-users.
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI Functional Analysis or Data Analysis;
- Strong proficiency in SQL and solid knowledge of BI modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake);
- Solid capability to analyze and interpret data across both relational systems (source systems) and BI environments;
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap effectively between technical teams and business areas;
- Proactive and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to transform business requirements into technical mapping and ETL rules;
