We are looking for a Java Developer to join an international team responsible for the development and evolution of a high-performance FX electronic trading platform. We welcome applications from early-career professionals (1+ year of experience) as well as senior developers, provided they have solid Java fundamentals and an interest in building low-latency, mission-critical systems within Capital Markets.

MAIN TASKS:

Develop and maintain a high-performance FX electronic trading platform.
Design, implement, test and deliver new features following Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to software quality, security and performance improvements.
Support migration and refactoring initiatives to modernize existing applications.
Work closely with Production Support teams during releases and provide L3 support when required.
Contribute to system design and performance optimization for highly concurrent, low-latency applications.
Produce technical documentation and participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

1+ year of experience in Java development (junior profiles are welcome), or extensive experience for senior-level positions.
Strong knowledge of Java SE/Core Java.
Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and object-oriented programming.
Knowledge of JVM fundamentals (Garbage Collection, Memory Model, JIT) is a strong plus.
Experience with high-performance or real-time applications is valued.
Experience with C#/.NET is a plus.
Knowledge of Netty, QuickFIX/J, Chronicle Queue, or similar technologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with migration or refactoring projects is appreciated.
Interest in Capital Markets, electronic trading, or FX products is a plus.
Good communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
Fluent English (mandatory).
