Oliver Wyman
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Creative Design Studio team at Mercer, a Marsh business. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Oliver Wyman's new hub in Lisbon.
This is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work at least three days per week in the office.
As a Presentation Designer, you will collaborate with consultants, partners, and project teams to transform complex business concepts into compelling visual presentations. As part of a global team of over 150 graphic specialists, you will apply your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality presentation materials that support client engagements and business development.
We will count on you to:
Design, edit, and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other Microsoft Office documents for client deliverables, proposals, and conference materials.
Collaborate closely with consultants, partners, and team members to translate business concepts into clear and impactful visual communications.
Apply corporate branding, design best practices, and information hierarchy to create engaging and professional presentation materials.
Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Stay current with presentation design trends, software enhancements, and industry best practices.
What you need to have:
1–3 years of experience in presentation design or a related visual communication role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
