We are looking for skilled Senior Java Developers for our BPCE-SI (Solutions Informatiques) team.

Main Responsabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand project needs and transform them into technical specifications.Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance development practices.Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Hard Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of Java development experience.Strong experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).Experience with RESTful APIs and a microservices architecture.Proficient in database management (SQL and NoSQL).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Strong communication skills in English, communication in French is valued. Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.We will only consider CVs submitted in English.
