We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst & Tester who combines strong functional analysis capabilities with a hands-on approach to application testing, incident investigation, and troubleshooting.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and multidisciplinary teams to analyze requirements, validate application behaviour, investigate incidents, and ensure that solutions meet both functional and quality expectations.

Perform functional analysis of business requirements, processes, and application behaviour;
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and test scenarios;
- Plan, prepare, and execute manual tests;
- Contribute to test automation activities or develop automation skills with the support of the team;
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected behaviours, edge cases, and potential failure scenarios;
- Investigate application incidents before escalating them to development teams;
- Perform root cause analysis by reviewing configurations, data, integrations, and application behaviour;
- Validate reported incidents and determine whether they result from defects, configurations, data issues, or expected system behaviour;
- Document test evidence, identified defects, investigation results, and functional findings;
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other project participants;
- Support troubleshooting and the resolution of functional and application issues;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, testing, and internal processes;
- Work autonomously and proactively in dynamic environments that may not always follow strictly defined procedures.

More than six years of relevant professional experience;
- Solid experience in functional analysis;
- Practical experience with manual software testing;
- Experience with test automation or a strong interest and willingness to develop automation skills;
- Strong analytical, investigative, and troubleshooting capabilities;
- Ability to perform root cause analysis before escalating incidents to development teams;
- Experience analyzing application configurations, data, and system behaviour;
- Exploratory testing mindset, with the ability to identify error scenarios beyond expected functional flows;
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements and test cases;
- Proactive, autonomous, and problem-solving-oriented approach;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and situations that may be less structured;
- English at B2+ or fluent level;
- Availability to work on-site in Albarraque two days per week and potentially more frequently during the first month.
