We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an international team within the Quantitative Data Intelligence (QDI) area, responsible for delivering data-driven insights to the Global Markets Front Office. You will work closely with business stakeholders, sales, and traders, transforming complex data into actionable insights through analytics, automation, and data visualization.
MAIN TASKS:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Collect, prepare, transform and analyse complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Develop and maintain data analysis solutions using Python (Pandas) and SQL.
- Contribute to data processing, ETL and data warehousing initiatives.
- Automate analytical processes and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in end-to-end analytical projects, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- +3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics or similar roles.
- Professional experience with Python (preferably Pandas) for data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Good understanding of data modelling, data preparation and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus.
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto or Airflow is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
