Your Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer support via chat, phone, and email.
- Handle complex banking enquiries related to accounts, payments, transactions, disputes, and fraud cases.
- Support complaint resolution and ensure compliance with banking procedures.
- Act as a knowledge point for banking processes and assist team members when needed.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all customer interactions.
Your Profile
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 12 months of experience in banking, financial services, insurance, claims, or billing (serving the Irish market).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex cases independently.
- Comfortable using digital platforms and financial tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
