This role is ideal for a backend developer who enjoys building modern Java applications using microservices architecture while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, transforming business requirements into high-quality technical solutions while following modern development practices and Agile methodologies.

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

Analyze functional and non-functional business requirements.

Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Design and develop microservices-based architectures.

Work with relational and non-relational databases.

Produce and maintain technical documentation in English.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Apply Clean Code principles and development best practices.

Manage source code using GitFlow or similar branching strategies.

Contribute to continuous improvement and software quality.
Technical Skills

5–6 years of experience in Backend Development.

Strong experience with Java (8 or higher).

Solid experience with Spring Boot.

Experience designing and developing Microservices.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of GitFlow or similar branching strategies.

Strong understanding of Clean Code principles.

Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Comfortable working with technical documentation in English.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
