Your Mission:
Define, together with D&T; Leadership, the D&T; strategic approach for the area and design and lead the development and improvement of complex solutions via a structured delivery framework, ensuring the support via Scrum, DevOps. The solution Architect has the responsibility to have an end-to-end view on the impacts and required changes on the D&T; ecosystem.
This role’s mission is also to break silos between functions with an end-to-end ambition to integrate them seamlessly and to apply the business knowledge to give a competitive advantage to the business, being an established center of expertise within the assigned area.

Your Responsibilities:
SOLUTION IMPROVEMENT
- Implements and maintains the specific applications, delivering support within the assigned solution, in line with the D&T; strategy and with global solutions, and in close alignment with the business areas or projects to support and improve business and D&T; processes.
- Leads large, more complex, and multidisciplinary projects and solutions.
- Cross-functional responsibility, by having the big picture, identifying issues, and proposing solutions for topics across different business functions.
- Develops proposals/functional designs and work together with external partners on the realization of these proposals.
- Ensures that the technology standards and best practices are implemented when working with external partners.
- Actively contributes and participates in the operational activities to improve changes, considering business objectives and delivered insights.
- Aligns designs with HEINEKEN’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
- Supports the development and improvement of the fit for purpose Domain and Solution Architecture.

Monitors, guard, and analyze the functional and technical aspects of Solution (s) in scope in line with the agreed performance indicators and defined ways of working.
Manages and supports the AMS (Application Management Services) teams, ensuring monitorization, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and service requests in alignment with business needs, agreed service levels, and D&T; operational best practices.
Regarding security aspects, works closely with Cyber Security in monitoring and analyzing the Solutions.

CAPABILITY LEADERSHIP
- Carries the responsibility for continuous improvement of an allocated capability across all D&T; teams (e.g. Business Process Management, Data Integration Strategy, User Experience Design).
- Leads the OpCo’s continuous improvement agenda for the allocated capability (Business Process Management, Data Integration Strategy, User Experience Design)
- Drives and guides the application and implementation of best-practices and standards for the capability, across D&T; project execution in all functional areas of the department.
- Coaches and upskills internal employees and external consultants in key aspects of the allocated capability.
- Builds and maintains the OpCo knowledge base within the allocated capability.
- Forms and leads the OpCo center of expertise for the allocated capability with a strong link to global CoEs and likeminded OpCos
CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Owns the change pipeline of a particular solution following the discussion and approval of the demand priorities by the D&T; Management team.
- Leads the technology change in alignment with Business stakeholders and other D&T; areas supporting on the implementation of new ways of working.
- Supports the identification of business needs, translating them into input for functional design and new or revised functionalities to relevant stakeholders and verifies the impact and the execution of the changes for the business.
- Ensures that the correct scope of technical testing and end to end scenarios are identified.
- Approves conclusion of SITs test phase.
We want you to bring:
Degree in Technology or other relevant (Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent) required, master’s preferable;
At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large and complex organizations and/or IT industry and/or multinational organizations.
Previous experience with working in projects, Complex IT Solutions and/or Architectural principles.
Experience in planning, building and running business solutions, including leading implementation.
The ability to empathize with business needs and to translate this into technology.
Ability to work independently (autonomously), within a collaborative team environment.
Know complex integrated solutions from process and business point of view including the solutions that are owned for global teams but impact E2E business process.
Continuous self-reflection to improve way of working, delivered work or communications where possible and relevant.
Relentless drive for feedback to improve.
Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
Knowledge in Sales and Logistic processes
