As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.

YOUR ROLE

Own and evolve the strategic and operational ownership of the Developer Portal, ensuring alignment with business, architecture, and security standards.
Ensure roadmap and execution, including content structure, feature evolution, and continuous improvement of the portal.
Define Standards for developer-facing documentation and guidance, including onboarding flows, golden paths, templates, and best practices exposed via the portal.
Drive continuous process improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence,.
Ensure platform compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Support modernization initiatives and reduce duplication through reuse and standardization.

YOUR PROFILE

Product & Platform Engineering Thinking (product development and management).
Strong stakeholder management, working across business, IT, and delivery teams.
Ability to define and communicate standards, principles, and best practices.
Proven facilitation skills for workshops, design reviews, and onboarding sessions.
Experience operating in Agile and scaled delivery environments.
Capability to act as a bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring practical adoption.
Strong documentation and architectural governance discipline.
Developer Portal & Developer Experience expertise (internal developer portals, onboarding concepts, documentation standards, self‑service models).
Understanding of modern software development lifecycles (agile methodologies, tooling, architectural principles).
