We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Tech HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, employment documentation, HR administration and employee experience. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that new joiners have a smooth and positive start in the company.
What you will do
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation.
- Support employee administration processes, including new hires, contract changes, leaves and exits.
- Keep employee records updated in HR systems and personnel files.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, compliant and properly stored.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Work with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, Facilities and other teams to ensure everything is ready before the employee’s start date.
- Support new joiners during their first weeks, acting as a point of contact for HR-related questions.
- Help improve onboarding, HR administration processes and employee experience.
- Support HR reporting, data maintenance and process improvement initiatives.
