Description du poste

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Tech HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, employment documentation, HR administration and employee experience. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that new joiners have a smooth and positive start in the company.

What you will do

Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation.
Support employee administration processes, including new hires, contract changes, leaves and exits.
Keep employee records updated in HR systems and personnel files.
Ensure HR documentation is accurate, compliant and properly stored.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
Work with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, Facilities and other teams to ensure everything is ready before the employee’s start date.
Support new joiners during their first weeks, acting as a point of contact for HR-related questions.
Help improve onboarding, HR administration processes and employee experience.
Support HR reporting, data maintenance and process improvement initiatives.

Profil

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related area.
Around 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations, HR Administration, Onboarding or Employee Lifecycle Management.
Experience with employment contracts and HR documentation.
Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and employment-related compliance.
Experience using HR systems or digital HR tools.
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in a technology or fast-paced environment is a plus.
