We are looking for an experienced Senior Camunda Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade process automation solutions within a large-scale banking environment.
This is a highly technical role that combines solution architecture with hands-on software development. You will define orchestration strategies, design scalable process automation architectures, develop complex workflows, and act as the technical reference for Camunda across multiple teams.

Design enterprise-wide process orchestration architectures using Camunda.
- Define integration strategies, deployment models, scalability approaches, and automation standards.
- Design and implement complex business processes using BPMN 2.0 and DMN.
- Develop Camunda 8 workers, connectors, reusable components, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Build integrations with REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Establish best practices for process modeling, versioning, testing, migration, and governance.
- Ensure production resilience through observability, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor development teams, perform technical reviews, and guide architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

8+ years of professional experience working with Camunda.
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe) or equivalent expertise with Camunda 7.
- Proven experience designing enterprise process orchestration solutions.
- Advanced Java development skills.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot.
- Extensive knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN in production environments.
- Experience designing integrations using:
- REST APIs
- Messaging platforms
- Event-driven architectures
- Experience working with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Ability to make architectural decisions and clearly communicate technical trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Camunda Certification.
- Experience with Camunda 8 Self-Managed environments.
- High Availability (HA) architecture experience.
- Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
- CI/CD pipeline implementation and process deployment automation.
- Experience within regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Telecommunications.
- Knowledge of:
- Microservices Architecture
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Camunda specialist who combines deep architectural expertise with strong software engineering capabilities.
You are comfortable designing enterprise-scale automation platforms while remaining actively involved in development. You enjoy mentoring teams, solving complex integration challenges, and establishing technical standards that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability across large organizations.
