Overview
Microsoft has created the Frontier Company, a new operating business built to deliver end-to-end AI transformation, embedding industry and engineering experts directly alongside customers to co-design, deploy, and continuously improve AI systems against measurable business outcomes. It is a $2.5B investment in 6,000 of the industry’s best experts, and AI Business Solutions sits at its core. The distinction that defines us is simple: most AI companies deliver outputs; we deliver outcomes, measured against real business value. This role is where that ambition becomes real for Workforce across EMEA.
As an EMEA AI Business Solutions Architect Manager you will lead a team of high performing Consultants and Solution Architects, driving impact across both presales initiatives and active delivery engagements, integrating Workforce project archetypes from solutioning to delivery. Your focus will include aligning organizational priorities with clients’ AI transformation journeys, such as industry-specific Copilots and AI agents while also overseeing deal shaping, quality assurance in pursuits and delivery, and active executive stakeholder engagement in key engagements.
You will define team objectives and outcomes, enable success across boundaries and help the team adapt and learn. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining great people. You will focus on understanding Customer and Partner technical environments and deployment using our methodologies, patterns and practices and support practice development as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders. You will shape and support project execution by gathering insights and working with various stakeholders. You will be accountable for architecture and solution design within your team, which will include the review and approval of solutions during our deal shaping and project reviews. You will also ensure the generation of intellectual property and developing a network of relationships, initiating community events, mentoring colleagues and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep solution expertise across the Microsoft platform and AI, with a strong advantage given to those with experience in business transformation and delivery, with expertise in Workforce and/or Business Processes. They will also demonstrate exceptional delivery leadership across a complex and diverse geographic landscape, playing a critical role in shaping, selling, and delivering a wide range of customer engagements, including high-impact, strategically significant programs. A strong consulting background is essential, with proven experience in presales and delivery leadership, managing large teams, and accountability for team-level delivery budgets and engagement performance.
Reporting to the EMEA Workforce Consulting Practice Lead, you will lead a blended, multidisciplinary team of Consultants and Solution Architects within the new Workforce Practice, partnering closely with your aligned EMEA Area. Workforce is one half of AI Business Solutions’ “one engine,” operating hand in hand with Business Process to lead Microsoft’s Copilot and agentic opportunity.
