We're looking for a Portfolio Manager to help shape and scale the next generation of digital and operational solutions across our portfolio, with a focus on automation, traveler experience, operational efficiency, and intelligent decision support in complex, mission-critical environments.
You'll work across products that connect physical and digital journeys, enabling organizations to improve throughput, capacity, security, and user experience through seamless orchestration of people, processes, and technology. These solutions support high-volume operations around the world and play a critical role in transforming how travelers move through key operational touchpoints.
Joining at an exciting stage of portfolio growth, you'll help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate opportunities, solve real-world challenges, and prioritize the investments that deliver the greatest impact.
You'll sit within a cross-functional portfolio spanning product, solutions, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring customer needs, technology innovation, and business priorities remain tightly aligned.

Lead product discovery to identify customer challenges and opportunities across traveler journeys, operational workflows, automation, and capacity management, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation and validation.

Define and clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities, customer needs, and business objectives.

Translate complex operational processes, user journeys, technology constraints, and regulatory requirements into clear, prioritized product requirements and roadmaps.

Work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and solution experts to drive agile delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance products and platforms.

Apply AI across the product lifecycle, including research, data analysis, requirements exploration, prototyping support, prioritization, and decision-making.
Build compelling business cases and value propositions, using operational insights and customer outcomes to demonstrate measurable value and differentiation.

Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to shape go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and customer engagement plans.

Support sales, bids, and customer engagements, acting as a subject matter expert for operational solutions, automation, digital journeys, and platform capabilities.

Define, monitor, and continuously improve product success metrics, including adoption, utilization, operational performance, customer satisfaction, throughput, capacity, and business impact.

Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven and automation technologies, to inform product strategy and innovation.

Engage with a global network of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring real-world feedback drives continuous improvement and product evolution.

Qualifications:
6+ years in a Product Management role, with experience leading complex operational technology, airports, borders, or mission-critical platforms.

Proven product discovery and strategy skills. You can identify customer pain points, validate opportunities, and translate insights into a clear and prioritized product roadmap.

Experience defining product vision, strategy, and measurable business outcomes, aligning product investments with customer, operational, and commercial objectives.

Ability to translate operational workflows, technical constraints, user journeys, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.

Experience working closely with cross functional teams including engineering teams, Solutions and Product Owners to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance products using agile methodologies.

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, comfortable facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and solution validation directly with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Experience working with complex ecosystems involving hardware, software, integrations, and operational processes.

A pragmatic, hands-on approach to AI, actively leveraging AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, prioritization, product discovery, prototyping, and communication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences.

Passion for improving operational efficiency, user experience, capacity, throughput, and service outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
Experience in border management, aviation, transportation, mobility, smart infrastructure, or passenger processing solutions.

Understanding of operational technologies such as self-service platforms, automation, flow management, orchestration systems, or digital traveler experiences.

Background in regulated environments, including government, transportation, security, or critical infrastructure sectors.

Experience delivering products that combine physical and digital touchpoints, integrating devices, platforms, and backend services.

Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and high-volume transaction environments.

Experience applying AI-assisted analytics, optimization, simulation, or decision-support capabilities within operational workflows.
