Salesforce OMS (SOM) Tech Lead

YOUR ROLE

Key Responsabilities:

Technical Leadership
Lead Salesforce OMS development and configuration, act as the main technical contact, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards, quality, security, and performance.

Solution Implementation
Deliver end-to-end order management workflows (order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, returns) using Flows, Apex, and LWC, prioritizing standard functionality.

Integration Development
Build and manage integrations with external systems (ERP, WMS, payments, logistics) using APIs and event-driven architectures, collaborating with middleware teams (e.g., MuleSoft).

Collaboration & Delivery
Work with architects, product owners, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support planning and estimations.

Performance & Optimization
Optimize order processing, ensure scalability for high transaction volumes, and troubleshoot production issues effectively.

Governance & Best Practices
Enforce development standards, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD processes and version control.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong hands-on development background;
Proven experience with Salesforce OMS (SOM) implementations;
Strong expertise in Apex programming;
Advanced knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC);
Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools;
Solid understanding of order lifecycle management and commerce flows;
Experience with integration patterns and API development.
