YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Roaming Operations Engineer L2 to join the Core & Roaming Operations team, taking responsibility for the advanced analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents related to International Roaming services.
This role plays a key part in ensuring service stability, acting as the technical escalation point for the L1 team, coordinating activities with vendors, international operators, and engineering teams, while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents escalated by the L1 team.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of international roaming platforms and services.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate incident resolution with international operators, suppliers, and equipment vendors.
- Provide technical leadership during high-impact situations and critical incidents.
- Support and validate change implementations, planned works, and maintenance activities.
- Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and post-incident reports.
- Support the training and technical development of L1 teams.
- Identify automation and operational optimization opportunities.
- Participate in technology evolution and operational transformation projects.
