Degree or technical education in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of IP networking.
Basic understanding of mobile networks and roaming services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English within a technical environment.
Availability to work in a 24x7 shift-based operation.

Experience in NOC, SOC, or SNOC environments.
