The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading the initiation, planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve collaborating with different departments across the organization, as well as potentially working with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Identify, analyze, and address critical issues facing the company across departments;
Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of strategic projects;
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to ensure organizational efforts are aligned with strategic goals;
Develop data-driven insights to support strategy formulation;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently and effectively;
Contribute to the company's broader strategic planning and overall direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA is strongly preferred;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, or in consulting, project management, or business strategy;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and resolve complex challenges;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple projects at once;
Leadership skills and the ability to work across functions and independently.
