What will you be doing at Miniclip?
Define and deliver the global Workplace Services and Real Estate strategy, aligned with business priorities, growth plans, employee experience, and Miniclip’s operating model.
Lead the global real estate portfolio, including lease renewals, restructures, rent reviews, relocations, consolidations, disposals, portfolio governance, and long-term planning.
Oversee all office locations and workplace services, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality environments that reflect Miniclip’s culture and standards.
Lead workplace acquisition, fit-out, refurbishment, optimisation, and transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high design and operational standards.
Provide expert input on location strategy, workforce planning, space utilisation, occupancy planning, workplace design, and future ways of working.
Manage global budgets, operating costs, capital expenditure, forecasting, cost control, and investment planning across the workplace and real estate portfolio.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, brokers, consultants, contractors, project managers, service providers, and other key partners.
Partner with People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Communications, Studio Leadership, Business Operations, and Executive Leadership to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing distributed Workplace Services and Real Estate team.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
Substantial experience in workplace services, corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace operations, including multi-site international operations.
Education:
Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, Real estate, facilities management or a related field preferred.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in facilities, workplace, real estate, project management, or health and safety advantageous, such as IWFM, IFMA, RICS, NEBOSH, IOSH, PMP, or equivalent.
