The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-level executives and will be responsible for the development, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This role also involves coordination across multiple internal departments, as well as close collaboration with external consultants and partners.
ROLE:
Collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to ensure consistency with strategic objectives;
Develop data-driven insights to support strategy formulation and executive decision-making;
Address and resolve critical cross-functional challenges affecting the business;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong academic background in Business, Economics, or Engineering;
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically while solving challenging problems;
Leadership skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously;
Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
